Aruba Recap Via The Camera Roll

Happy Friday babes! I am back from Aruba. As I mentioned in a earlier post, I had never been to Aruba. It was a easy flight with no jet leg involved. It is always windy due to the trade winds; which is great for laying on the beach or by the pool. Speaking of laying by the water, that is how I spent my days.  It was so relaxing to do nothing all day, then spend my evenings, with great food, and friends. I would definitely head back to Aruba

Here’s a round up of Aruba pics via my iPhone:

chairs

I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton.  The views were spectacular. How cute is this red couch, table, and chair!  Each night there is an acoustic guitar player and singer to enjoy as you sit out on the deck, or by the fire pits, with friends and drinks.

shot

The sunsets are breathtaking. The sun sets within in 3 minutes, so don’t blink. As you watch the sunset, the Ritz passes out a sunset shot to enjoy.

pool

The view from my room wasn’t to shabby.  I was able to sit on my deck in the mornings enjoying a cup of coffee, feeling grateful that I was here.

The ocean is always calm and that crystal blue ocean; it simply takes my breath away every time I look at it.

I couldn’t resist one last sunset shot as I was heading back home.

Next week we are heading to Chicago for Lydia’s birthday trip! We are sooo excited and can’t wait to share it all with you!!

Let us know if you’ve been to Aruba or anywhere tropical.
