All Our Favorite Sweaters For Fall

all our favorite sweaters for Fall

Hey friends! How’s your week going so far? Yesterday was Halloween if you didn’t know 😉 and our day consisted of eating a TON of candy because that’s just required and carving a pumpkin! Halloween is so much fun, but now that it’s over the countdown has begun to Christmas. You better believe we are excited, so excited that we’ve already started to buy decorations for the house.

We can never manage to have a good transition to what we’re really talking about on the blog, so let’s just get to it!!

All our favorite sweaters for fall:

  • Chenille Sweater
  • Bell Sleeve Sweater
  • Lantern Sleeve Sweater
  • Tie Sleeve Sweater
  • Off The Shoulder Sweater
  • V-Neck Sweater
  • Turtleneck Sweater
  • Striped Sweater
  • Ruffled Sweater
  • Cardigan

Chenille Sweater

We’re basically living in chenille sweaters with a warm scarf and coat right now! You can go for a more casual look like I did with some comfy joggers or you can go for a more dressed up look with jeans and over the knee boots.

Bell Sleeve Sweater

I’m trying to think of what to write for bell sleeves and all I can think about is Christmas, haha! And before I do talk about them, are you as excited for Christmas as we are? Anyways.. bell sleeves are your go-to if you want to add the perfect statement. Since they aren’t just a normal sleeve that means you can just throw on some jeans and be ready for the day!

Lantern Sleeve Sweater

First, we didn’t even know this was called a lantern sleeve sweater but honestly it makes sense! Believe it or not there are so many cute lantern sleeve sweaters right now. And second, we talked HERE about how Shein is our go-to place for trending pieces and that couldn’t be more true because of their price point. They’re a great website to visit for sweaters like these when you may not be sure if you love this style of sweater or not.

Tie Sleeve Sweater

When it comes to tie sleeve sweaters and really any sweater at all you can never have enough! At least that’s what we keep telling ourselves 😉 Just like bell sleeves they add such great detail even when just throwing on a pair of pants. We especially love them paired with a miniskirt and over the knee boots or a plaid shirt under the sweater for an extra layer.

Off The Shoulder Sweater

If you follow along with us, you know how we love OTS tops. In fact we love them so much that we did a whole post on how to wear an off the shoulder sweater HERE. There is just something so feminine about wearing one! We feel like there is so many options when it comes to wear this type of sweater, but our favorite way is a suede or leather jacket. Just throw your jacket over your shoulders and head out the door!

V-Neck Sweater

A v-neck sweater is not only a classic sweater, but it’s truly a great staple that never goes out of style. I wear the above sweater year round! During the summer, I pair it with my favorite cut off shorts and throw on my sneakers.

Turtleneck Sweater

With the weather we’re having right now aka FREEZING weather, a turtle neck sweater is a necessity. We love to layer these sweaters with a trench coat or a leather / suede jacket.

Striped Sweater

Give us all the stripes, please! What is it with stripes and sweaters that makes us want more? To be honest we do not discriminate when it comes to stripes.

Ruffled Sweater

We love the feminine ruffle trend. We especially love to pair a ruffle sweater with a pair of ripped jeans to balance out the feminine look. What can we say, we like to have a little bit of an edgy look!

Cardigan

Cardigans are perfect when you need to throw an outfit together really fast or even if you don’t know what to wear. They are a true closet staple that we wear year round!
