Happy Monday! After a week of cold and rain the sun FINALLY came out, thank goodness! Let us first state that we love winter, but we are just done with it! It has been so cold this winter and we need some warmer temps. Plus, a change of seasons means new clothes – YAY!
Where we live, March still means cold days and even maybe snow. That being said, we are ready for a change, so we start to gravitate towards brighter colors in our tops. And if you know anything about us we love stripes, so when we see a sweater that screams spring and it has stripes.. we are sold.
Striped Ribbed Top
I have been loving Zara lately. They have a ton of fun bright striped sweaters, that are high quality and reasonably priced. I don’t like things super tight on me, so I tend to order a medium in something that looks more form fitting. If you have not shopped at Zara before, you should definitely give it a try! They ship quickly and have a super easy return policy as well.
I am absolutely in love with this striped ribbed top because of the contrasting stripes on the cuff. We are obviously the, wear white no matter what time of year, kinda girls! SO it was a no brainer for me to pair this with my go to white jeans!
But if you’re not into that, this sweater would look great with your favorite denim or black jeans. Also, how cute would it be styled with a white midi skirt or even a pair of cutoff shorts?

Stripes always make me happy! I have very few candy-striped tops in my wardrobe, though. I’ll need to change that for the spring and summer. This top is perfect to transition from the winter chill into the spring!
