Hey Monday! It’s a new week and the weather has been SO nice out. We took a little break from blogging, hence no blog post last Friday, and it was much needed! Just a few changes and some brainstorming makes all the difference. So we are BACK and ready to work harder and start improving! Watch out for our white t-shirt outfit ideas below!
I have already listened to this leadership talk by Chad Veach 2 times now and I seriously can’t stop thinking about it. Last week I had been feeling really unmotivated and just stuck/frustrated. We all know how hard this world of social media and blogging can be, it’s definitely no surprise. I could write a whole blog post about the talk I listened to, but I’m not going to say anything besides if you feel like you are in a season of feeling stuck and frustrated, do yourself a favor and listen.
Let’s get talking white t-shirts. We’ve been trying to switch things up a little when it comes to our blog posts and had thought about this topic early in the morning. I picked out some outfits quickly and we went to shoot photos before the rain was supposed to be coming! But honestly, sometimes that’s when you get the best photos & ideas.
Finding new ways to refreshen your wardrobe staples is always a great idea. A combination you love can feel dull at times, so adding these simple looks into your wardrobe with little to no effort is an easy way to switch things up a little.
White T-Shirt Outfit Ideas
Black Denim Shorts
Finally busting out the denim shorts! Now all I need is some self-tanner because I am just about glowing in the sun. Gotta thank some good editing for that color you are seeing, haha. Anywayyyss, I love me a simple white tee and black cutoffs. Something about the two together makes all the difference! I always find myself adding delicate jewelry by James Michelle to just complete the whole look.
Leggings and Denim Jacket
This look has been on major repeat for me the past couple of months when I want to feel cute, but SUPER comfy all at the same time. With the weather still trying to decide what to do, this kind of white t-shirt outfit idea is perfect for those cooler days/nights. Also, baseball caps are kind of the best when you just don’t want to do your hair or put makeup on!
Denim Shorts and Chambray Shirt
Another white t-shirt outfit idea using my most worn and favorite shorts ever, Agolde. If you are looking for denim shorts that are the perfect length and super comfortable for every day, you have found them. Be sure to size down, I’m wearing a 24. They are a little bit more on the pricier side, but so worth it. I actually got these ones for a MAJOR good deal! St. Louis gets super humid during the summer, but I always find myself bringing a jacket with me wherever we may be going. Cargo/Utility is really in this season (check out more about that here), so throwing on a fashionable and lightweight shirt like this is an easy way to add a little color and in my case, stay a little warm.
Layering With A Dress
Polka dots, oh how we love them!! Prints/Patterns are such a fun way to add a little something, something to your look, like in this white t-shirt outfit idea. There are some fashion items that I just don’t like spending a ton of money on because I know I’m not going to wear it a lot or it may just not be in style for long. So this overall dress is one of those items you can pair with a white t-shirt. If you feel the same way, Forever 21 has some really cute & affordable options!
Hat and Ripped Denim
Levi jeans are all the rage right now. I have a love/hate relationship with all of my Levi’s because they are 100% cotton and desperately need to be broken in! I go with my normal size in jeans, 25. That being said, this is one of my favorite looks because you can so easily take two great staple pieces in your closet: basic white t-shirt and denim to make it look effortlessly chic. And as always, adding a hat is a great addition.
Skirt
Also, I’ve really been into skirts and like I mentioned above since they aren’t something I am going to be wearing a ton, so I love finding more affordable options. Forever 21 honestly is great for finding items like that, plus their skirts are all comfy and easy to move in.

I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite outfit out of all these. They’re “basic” in the best way with that white tee. Seriously – a good white tee is always the best idea.
