I can still remember my first fanny pack – it was a great color block nylon bag that I wore when I went to Disney World. When I started seeing the fanny pack making a comeback last year, I was like NO WAY… I can’t embrace this trend. Well, obviously I’m eating my words since I bought a belt bag to head off to our recent trip to the most magical place on earth aka Disney.

So many high-end designers like Gucci, Alexander Wang, and Balenciaga have jumped on board with the belt bag trend and have made drool-worthy looking ones. But truthfully, if we could choose any fanny pack who wouldn’t want a designer one?

What Is A Fanny Pack?

A fanny pack/belt bag/bum bag is a small pouch on a belt for money and small articles that are worn around the waist or hips. Fanny packs and belt bags were all over the 2018 Spring Runways in all shapes and sizes. Celebrities and street style stars like Kendall Jenner are proving the versatility of fanny pack by styling the accessories with an array of outfits. The options are endless when it comes to wearing a fanny pack and recently people have started to wear it cross-body style as well.

Simply thread the belt bag through your belt loops of a pair of jeans and wear it.
